Featuring Terry Knott!

As promised I am going to get caught up on some features for my blog.  Terry has been VERY patiently waiting for me to post her beautiful work.

This past June I was honored to have been the instructor for Sew Cal Gal's Free Motion Quilting Challenge.  This year long challenge is the best!  Sew Cal Gal has featured a different instructor each month and each one has provided a wealth of information for free motion quilting.  If you aren't familiar with the challenge, or her website, definitely check it out.  She is a valuable asset to the quilting world!

When I was the featured instructor I joined the FMQ Challenge Facebook page and followed my students along on their journies providing encouragement and tips along the way.  Several students have kept in touch (very cool) since then.  Terry is one of those.

She shared her Challenge Project and I just knew she would inspire you as much as she did me.  I love the black/white contrast, the buttons and beads  she added for texture and the overall movement and design she created.

Thank you Terry and thank you for being ever-so-patient with me getting this published for you.

Hugs, Cindy :)
